We want to fit everyone in with our expert stylists but due to an increase in appointment demand, reduced store hours, and along with limited capacity (as we are we are still practicing social distancing!), we simply can't right now. Unfortunately the number of cancellations and no shows has also increased with the times.
In effort to allow those ready to find their dream dress do so, we’ve implemented a cancellation fee of $30 on our Princess Bridal Stylist Appointment bookings. We will always have an experienced stylist booked in-store especially for your appointment and want to respect their time, as well as yours. As a small, locally-owned business we thank you for your understanding!

Our store has been in business for over 40 years but we wanted the space to look new and now; the semi-private bridal salon for your appointment is AH-MAY-ZING (if we do say so ourselves).
We have curated some of the most fabulous dresses in the city! Our collections include designers and styles that are exclusive to our store and gowns you’ll feel unique and breathtaking in.
Your time is as important to us as you are! When you book with us, you are guaranteed one-on-one time with a stylist. Our team will look after you from arrival to departure and you won’t have to share your stylist with anyone else.
Due to the novel corona virus, Covid-19, we have been forced to revise our cancellation and no show policy.
Please note that at this time we are operating at reduced hours and at a reduced capacity to allow for proper social distancing within our store. We wish everyone is be able to safely visit our store and find their perfect dress or tuxedo. Though more than ever cancellations and no shows hurt us; leaving those wishing to visit unable to and our staff is left unoccupied. As one of the many small local businesses impacted through all of this, we want to emphasize we do hope we never have to enforce our cancellation and no show policy.

If something has come up that requires you to cancel your appointment altogether, again we understand though we wish for you to reconsider if possible. As The Bridal Centre is Canada's largest bridal store, we not only have the largest selection of all the top designers, we are also able to provide the best service, amenities, and extras. Some of these perks, only our brides that have gone through to purchase are aware of.
